Q: I paid for shipping cost but I am in a country which requires customs
duty. How can I deal with this?
A: Since customs duty is out of our control, we can't guarantee no tax fee
and can't bear any tax fee. However, we will shipping in lowest channel to
reduce the total invoice value. and we can inform the some import tax
information in your country for your reference and our local shipping agent can
deal with this case.
Q: I want to receive my order quickly and urgently. Can I choose express
shipping mode?
A: we are happy to provide our customers with express shipping
service which is more fast and convenient to get the items in your warehouse and
club room. We can inform your the total cost for shipping by DHL UPS or TNT
However some customs or import duties are charged, once the parcel reaches its
destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel
and we can tell you what the cost would be, even the customs policies and import
duties vary widely from country to country.

- APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be
delivered to the US territories, please leave a comment when you place the
order. For example, if you were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam,
Puerto Rico in the country section. Customers from Brazil should leave a message
to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.
